Abstract

|
Purpose : This study was studied to find out the effects of increased function on the self-efficacy of juvenile spastic cerebral palsy movement and the guardian's attitude of guardian.
Methods : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a program for strengthening trunk muscles and walking ability five times a week for 8 weeks on three children with spastic cerebral palsy in adolescence on GMFM-88, balance, walking ability, parenting attitude, and self-efficacy of children and their parents.
Results : As a result of the physical results of children with spastic cerebral palsy due to this function enhancement program, large movement motor function, balance, and walking ability were increased. In addition, the parenting attitude of the guardian, the self-efficacy of the child, and the self-efficacy of the parent increased positively as a result of the mental result.
Conclusion : In this study, in order for adolescent cerebral palsy children to grow into more positive and active adults, the ability to move should be resolved first.
The treatment and management of adolescent spastic cerebral palsy should be supported before other social support
